I got the wrong product assuming this was the English version. After my reclamation retailer has updated cover photo and added text "Instructions DE". Still, Milan-Spiele didn't apologize for misleading advertising and didn't give any compensation.
The national consumer-protection agency does not handle purchases from other countries, but I sent an appeal to equivalent EU agency ECC. ECC asked to send copy of bank transfer receipt and pictures of the received product (in German) and the advertised product (in English). This kind of service is the only protection we have against retailers who make their own rules for their responsibility. If ECC office states that there is at least some reasoning to reclaim that retailer has acted incorrectly, it is always worth sending an appeal.
