Chu Han is a strategic two-player card game set during the turbulent Chu-Han Contention in ancient China (206–202 BCE). Two rival clans, Han and Chu, compete to overthrow the weakened Qin dynasty and establish China’s first true dynasty.

The game blends trick-taking, climbing, and shedding mechanics across multiple hands. Each player’s hand contains a mix of Chu and Han cards, symbolizing internal clan conflicts, hostage situations, and shifting loyalties. Optional Event cards and two historical campaigns add variety and depth to the gameplay.

By commanding troops on the battlefield and leveraging influential historical figures behind the scenes, players must anticipate and outwit their opponent to claim victory in this legendary 2,000-year-old conflict.
