Hellton Palace (engl.)

Beschreibung

Somewhere deep in the underworld, near the Styx and the Elysian Fields, bellhops nervously prepare to knock on their guests’ doors. In Hellton Palace, both players manage a hotel, hiring bellhops to attend to their guests’ needs—while knowing that the whole building will eventually collapse. Your goal: outlast your opponent. An unhappy guest damages your reputation, but an overly enthusiastic legendary creature or god can literally break the pillars holding up the palace. Each turn, you will: 1) Welcome a guest in an available room within the corresponding row. 2) Send your bellhops on break by flipping their tiles. 3) Hire new bellhops by paying their cost with your money. 4) Move your Bellhop pawn from room #1 to #9, skipping empty rooms. When you reach an occupied room, decide whether to serve the guest: - Serving removes their irritation token and satisfies them, activating the effect on their door hanger. - Not serving adds an irritation token if none is present; if there already is one, it can be removed using a bell token—though you will lose one bell token in the process. 5) Choose to either collect coins from all satisfied guests or guests without irritation tokens, or regain a bell token. The game ends when a player has no bell tokens left or loses all pillar tokens in a column. Will you keep Hellton Palace standing the longest?
