Kabula Core Game (engl.)

Beschreibung

On a fantasy island, a magical tree called the Kabula is kept in a Sanctuary to grant immortality to all its inhabitants. This fragile balance shatters when six deranged characters from Earth are mysteriously transported to the island. Their surreal adventures blend humorous encounters with sharp satire on various themes.

Kabula is a competitive board game for 2-6 players set in a uniquely twisted fantasy world. It offers a sandbox RPG experience combined with skirmish elements and a combat system reminiscent of dungeon crawlers. Players develop their heroes into one of three distinct personalities as they fight and tame monsters, explore dungeons, and undertake peculiar quests.

Eventually, heroes clash in a race to claim the Kabula tree, which holds the fate of the universe. The player holding the Kabula when the Guardian is defeated wins the game. But beware: once the Kabula is stolen, death becomes permanent and the Guardian may destroy everyone.

Success requires more than just brute force—heroes must use their brains, teeth, guts, legs, and yes, even their buttocks to steal and hold the Kabula.
