Greenwood (engl.)

Beschreibung

Greenwood is a strategy game for 1 to 4 players aged 14+. Lead Primal Spirits to save a peninsula governed by druids, balancing the use of your companions' abilities, those of others, or exploring the forest to rescue magical creatures. Advanced play features unique clan abilities usable by all players across three nights to earn victory points.

The beautiful peninsula of Greenwood is governed by a circle of druids and promoted as a sanctuary for magical animals and an ideal vacation spot. However, this peaceful image is just a facade.

In Greenwood, you take on the role of Primal Spirits, leading your companions to save the land. Each turn presents a tough choice: whether to use the abilities of your own companions, to harness the powers of those controlled by other players, or to send a companion into the forest to enhance your wayfinding and rescue mystical creatures.

In the advanced game, each clan possesses a unique ability—an additional rule that significantly influences gameplay. Uniquely, players can utilize the abilities of any clan currently in play, not just their own.

The game unfolds over the course of three nights, and the player with the most victory points at the end emerges victorious.
