Beschreibung

The prestigious professor of mineralogy Otto Lidenbrock and his nephew Axel discover a secret parchment scroll written by the alchemist Arne Saknussemm in the 15th century who reveals how to get to the center of the Earth.

They both travel to Iceland and there they hire the help of the hunter Hans with whom begin their descent through the Snæfellsjökull volcano towards the greatest adventure that human beings have ever known.

Players will draw a route from an entrance volcano to the center of the Earth and from there to one of the exit volcanoes. Each turn two cards are revealed: a coordinate card and a tunnel card (straight, curve, water springs, discoveries... or dangerous creatures). The players draw the tunnel card on a cell of the coordinate indicated.

When the tunnel deck runs out, players must consume one water point or they will be eliminated. When the coordinate deck runs out, one of the exit volcanoes will explode and cannot be used.

But you can always ask the protagonists of the novel for help to change the rules.
