Yin Yang (engl.)

Beschreibung

Yin Yang is inspired by the ancient Chinese concept of dualism, where opposite forces like yin and yang represent feminine and masculine energies found throughout nature—such as winter and summer, light and dark, or male and female. Set during the Warring States period, when China was divided into seven warring kingdoms and people lived in hardship, the game explores the era’s pursuit of inner peace through various fortune-telling methods. One such method involved shaking a tortoise shell filled with copper coins to interpret the outcome based on how the coins landed. In Yin Yang, players take on the role of Taoist priests traveling across a map of ancient China. Their goal is to collect local specialties from different cities to unlock their destinies. Along the way, they can also build temples to gain worship from the seven kingdoms, blending strategy with the mysticism of ancient fortune-telling traditions.
