7 Gods (engl.)

Beschreibung

Ancient civilizations shared stories of mighty gods who created the world and its inhabitants. These gods ruled from above, worshipped by the creatures below. Inspired by their power and devotion, seven gods from different cultures set out to discover a new world where they could expand their influence and gain more followers. In 7 Gods, each player commands one of these deities, using their unique divine powers and envoys to gain control over villages scattered across islands. Players earn points by telling stories—represented by rolling D4 dice—and by establishing their presence on islands. Each game excludes one random god who causes disturbances, adding an unpredictable challenge for all players. On a turn, a player draws a card from their personal deck and a die from the shared Well of Wonders. Playing a card allows the player to move their envoy to an island, while the die can be used to tell a story or activate other godly powers. Since each card offers both movement and action options, players must carefully decide which part to use each turn. The game ends when a player reaches a predetermined number of victory points or when a set number of dice accumulate in the Otherworld—the central island on the board. This threshold varies depending on the number of players and their experience level. The player with the most victory points after final scoring is declared the winner.
