Alpujarras (engl.)

Beschreibung

During the great Arab Agricultural Revolution, farmers transformed the Alpujarra region into a fertile and prosperous landscape through innovative irrigation and terracing techniques. In this game, you take on the role of a fruit farmer dedicated to cultivating crops and delivering them to the hillside villages. Life here demands hard work and perseverance, but with careful planning, you can build a rewarding livelihood surrounded by the region’s natural beauty. Alpujarras is a turn-based game where players move their mules along an action track outside the main board. The player whose mule is furthest behind takes the next turn, moving their mule to an available action space to perform an action. Available actions include placing a farmer, moving a farmer, and expanding irrigation channels. By using these actions strategically, you grow fruit that can be delivered to the towns and sold for dinars.
