Dungeonology - The Expedition (engl.)

Description

Welcome to the University of Rocca Civetta, a unique institution dedicated to studying the natural habitats of dangerous monsters and mysterious clans hidden within the Italian lands. Here, aspiring professors risk their safety to gather information and write groundbreaking theses on the inhabitants of perilous dungeons — it’s a challenging place even for the most skilled. As Scholars hired by Rocca Civetta University, players compete to research and compose the best thesis, aiming to earn the prestigious title of Dungeonology professor. Each game reveals new locations and their residents, providing fresh material for discussion and debate. Dungeonology offers a distinctive take on the dungeon crawler genre, set in a lighter, more whimsical interpretation of the “Nova Aetas” world. Rather than fighting off hordes of monsters or amassing treasure and magical weapons, your goal is to observe, take detailed notes, and remain undercover. Ultimately, the Scholar who collects the most valuable insights will successfully defend their thesis and become the new Dungeonology professor.
