Ex Libris US 2nd. Edition (engl.)

Description

Ex Libris US 2nd.

In Ex Libris, you become a collector of rare and valuable books in a bustling fantasy town. The Mayor has announced the creation of a new seat on the Village Council: Grand Librarian. This prestigious and rewarding position will be awarded to the citizen with the most extraordinary library. However, several fellow book collectors—more like acquaintances—are competing for the same honor. To surpass your rivals, you must expand your personal library by sending your trusted assistants throughout the village to find the most impressive tomes. Since sources for the finest books are limited, you need to arrive first—especially when the books match your library’s secret focus. With only a few days remaining before the Mayor’s Official Inspector arrives to evaluate your library, you must ensure all books are properly shelved in time. The inspector is thorough and will assess your collection using an Official Inspection Form that checks alphabetical order, shelf stability, featured works, and variety. Beware: banned books will not go unnoticed by the Council. Success requires careful planning, clever tactics, and perhaps a touch of magic to outwit your opponents and earn the title of Grand Librarian.
