Beschreibung

Heatwave (engl.) is a childrens game for 2 to 5 players aged 8+ with a playing time of 30 minutes. Players compete as surfers on three legendary Australian beaches, using cards to navigate waves, manage momentum, and reach the shore first. Each beach offers unique challenges and rewards, keeping the competition dynamic and exciting over three rounds.

In Heatwave, you and your friends compete to become the ultimate surfer by riding waves at three legendary Australian beaches, each offering a unique rhythm, challenges, and perfect breaks.

Players use cards to navigate the waves, matching values to perform moves, trigger boosts, and manage momentum. Timing and efficient card play are essential — pushing too hard causes you to stall, while playing too cautiously allows others to pull ahead.

The goal is to advance along the wave track and reach the shore first. The leading surfer earns a special reward, choosing any card from that wave to add to their deck. Other players can also acquire cards, but only from the sections of the wave they have reached or passed.

After three rounds, the competition moves to a new beach, each bringing unique perks and twists that change your strategy and keep the race for the best surf spot intense.
