King of Tokyo Insert V2 (engl.)

Beschreibung

This insert is designed for game boxes measuring 25.4 x 25.4 x 7.0 cm and serves as an improved, revised version for King of Tokyo®. It is compatible with the base game King of Tokyo®, including the Power Up!® and Halloween® expansions, as well as the King Kong®, Cthulhu®, Anubis®, and Cybertooth® Monster Packs®. The insert offers efficient storage and enhances gameplay by providing trays that can be used during the game, helping to speed up setup and cleanup. The insert also works separately with King of New York®, including the same expansions and Monster Packs mentioned above. Features include:

• One tray for monster standees
• One tray for monster standee bases, holding up to 10 bases
• Two trays for evolution cards
• One bottomless tray for power cards
• Two trays for cubes and tokens
• One tray for up to 14 dice

There is space to store all cards sleeved. The trays keep components organized during play, making it easier for all players to access them. For packing, place the large King Kong tower pieces above the monster dials, smaller tower parts with the monster standees, followed by the rulebooks, and finally the game board on top. This arrangement fills the box neatly and allows vertical storage with the lid closing flush. When used with King of New York®, the monster standee base tray also holds building and unit tiles from both the main game and the Cthulhu® expansion. Due to the thicker folding board in this version, the box lid will rise by 3 mm but can still be stored vertically. The insert is made of three flat-packed Evacore sheets that require assembly with standard PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included for easy and enjoyable setup.
