Labyrinth: The Forever War, 2015 - ? is a 1-2 player card-driven board game that simulates, on a strategic level, the ongoing efforts of Islamist extremists to impose their version of religious rule across the Muslim world. It serves as a continuation of Labyrinth: The Awakening, 2010 - ?, introducing new event cards and updated rules covering the most recent five years of history. Since the release of the original Labyrinth and its first expansion, the community has shown great interest in keeping the game current by incorporating more recent events. Various event card ideas and rule variants have been shared freely online. This second expansion responds to that demand by providing up-to-date event cards, ensuring the game remains an effective strategic model of the continuing struggles within the Muslim world.
