Neuroshima Hex: Year of Moloch is a tactical strategy game set in the grim post-apocalyptic universe of Neuroshima. Players command one of four distinct armies—Borgo, Hegemony, Moloch, or Outpost—each represented by a deck of 34 tiles featuring Warriors, Modules, and Actions. Starting with a headquarters at 20 hit points, you engage in intense, strategic battles by placing and maneuvering your tiles on the battlefield. Victory is achieved by destroying your opponent’s HQ or by having less damage when a player runs out of tiles. The game’s rich setting depicts a world ravaged by endless warfare between humans and machines. Humanity clings to survival in ruined cities, organized into rival groups fighting over scarce resources like territory, food, and equipment. The relentless machines controlled by Moloch, a massive cybernetic force from the north, threaten all human settlements. Meanwhile, Borgo leads an army of grotesque mutants across the wastelands, and the Outpost stands as one of humanity’s last strongholds, waging guerrilla war. The Hegemony and other human factions engage in battles mainly when directly threatened. Neuroshima Hex: Year of Moloch combines deep tactical gameplay with a compelling narrative backdrop for 1 to 4 players in about 30 minutes.
