Odd Shop (engl.)

Beschreibung

Odd Shop (engl.) is a family game for 2 to 6 players aged 10+ with a playing time of 30-80 minutes. Players bid store credits to collect odd objects in four categories, aiming to build the most valuable collection. Use experts to verify authenticity, trade items, and complete sets to double their value in this auction house of magical and unusual items.

Step into Odd Shop, an auction house filled with strange and mysterious objects. As a collector, you use store credits to bid on unique items—but not every object is genuine. To make informed bids, you can hire in-house experts who provide valuable insights about the authenticity of the objects. The items are divided into four categories: companions, potions, equipment, and magical items. Your goal is to assemble the most valuable collection. Each object has a hidden value that depends on whether it is authentic or a replica. Collections become more valuable when you gather multiple items from the same category. Equipment items form sets of two or three, such as a wizard’s hat and robes; completing a set doubles its value. Meanwhile, players can trade and buy items from each other, adding another layer of strategy to the game.
