Description

Omicron Protocol is a cyberpunk-themed, squad-based miniatures board game set in an intra-apocalyptic world. Players control unique characters, each represented by detailed 32mm-scale miniatures with distinct backgrounds and powerful cybernetic abilities. The game can be played solo, cooperatively, or competitively with 1-4 players. Gameplay revolves around managing a squad of characters, using action points each round to move and execute tactics to survive against the Cyber-Memetic Sociopaths (CyMS), known as the game’s cyber-zombies. The scenarios are drawn from an extensive lore of over 100,000 words, immersing players in the chaotic streets of San Lazaro. These scenarios can also be linked to form a light campaign in both competitive and cooperative play. Victory is achieved by scoring the most victory points in competitive mode, or reaching a specified VP goal within a set number of rounds in solo or cooperative modes. Omicron Protocol combines innovative mechanics to offer an engaging experience for both miniatures and board game enthusiasts alike.
