Pursuit of Happiness Nostalgia (Exp.) (engl.)

Beschreibung

Sometimes we all find comfort in cherished memories from our past—warm, cozy places where we once felt safe, moments of pure joy when everything seemed possible, and people who made us feel valued and loved. These nostalgic reflections evoke a bittersweet, heartfelt emotion, offering a unique perspective on our ongoing pursuit of happiness.

The Pursuit of Happiness: Nostalgia expansion introduces the concept of reminiscences—fond childhood memories, unfulfilled desires, and dreams from the past that players strive to revive. The reminiscence deck features double-sided cards that, once their requirements are met, unlock new card types and gameplay options. Dealt at the start of the game, these cards influence players’ decisions and encourage careful planning. After all, is it ever truly too late to chase your deepest dreams?

This expansion also enhances existing card types—including Projects, Items, Activities, Jobs, Partners, Life Goals, and Child Traits—ensuring a rich, nostalgic experience that brings the past vividly into the game.
