Rebel Princess (engl.)

Beschreibung

Rebel Princess (engl.) is a childrens game for 3 to 6 players aged 8+ with a playing time of 30-40 minutes. Players take on the roles of fairy tale princesses trying to avoid marriage proposals during a five-day party. Each round features unique rules and special abilities, combining trick-taking mechanics with strategic avoidance to win by staying single and independent.

Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, and other fairy tale princesses are celebrating a five-day party. The prince charmings, who have not been invited, attempt to sneak into the ball to propose marriage to the princesses. Your goal is to avoid these proposals and remain single and independent when the celebration ends.

The game is played over five rounds, each representing one day of the party, with a unique rule that changes the gameplay every round. Rebel Princess is a trick-taking game where players play numbered cards from four suits. The highest card of the leading suit wins the trick, but winning tricks is not always beneficial, as they may contain prince charmings—each one bringing a marriage proposal. Additionally, the enchanted frog carries five proposals. The player with the fewest marriage proposals after five rounds is the winner.

Each player takes on the role of a different fairy tale princess, each with a special ability that can be used once per round, adding strategic depth to the game.
