Description

In Switchbacks, players place numbered tiles from 1 to 37 onto a hexagonal grid, aiming to create connected paths by placing their chips on the tiles they place. At the end of the game, players score points for groups of consecutively numbered tiles forming sequential paths where their chips are located. The player with the highest score wins. While maintaining the core mechanics of the original Connect37, Switchbacks adds a thematic twist: players embark on a mountain-trekking expedition, marking trails as they build their connected routes across the board.
