Beschreibung

Test of Honour is a skirmish wargame played on a tabletop battlefield, with roughly 10-20 models on each side. Players build their force around a hero — such as a samurai, a masterless ronin, or a warrior monk — accompanied by one or two loyal companions and various followers, ranging from clan soldiers to peasants. Battles unfold quickly and brutally, with players taking turns activating one warrior at a time to move and fight in order to fulfill scenario objectives. These can include eliminating enemies, defending strategic points, or finding and protecting a spy. Throughout the campaign, your hero develops new skills and may choose to embrace deceit and trickery, testing their code of honour in pursuit of victory. The 2nd Edition maintains the core mechanics of the original game with balanced refinements and introduces new Honour & Dishonour cards, Traits, secret Quests, character progression, improved cavalry rules, expanded terrain options, and 18 diverse scenarios. Glue and paint are not included. Miniatures require assembly, and suitable miniatures and terrain are needed to play.
