The Gardens (engl.)

Beschreibung

Sydney's Royal Botanic Garden is celebrated for its beauty, history, and scientific importance, offering a peaceful escape across its 29 hectares. In The Gardens, players draft cards representing the garden's distinctive features to create their own section. Each player builds a tableau consisting of three rows—waterside, grass, and cityside—adding one card per turn until the area is complete. Points are scored based on what visitors see as they stroll past flower beds, ponds, native trees, and statues. The game is easy to learn and accessible, yet presents meaningful strategic decisions. Optional modules introduce variety and complexity for seasoned players, featuring iconic landmarks like the Opera House and Harbour Bridge that grant extra points or special abilities. Immerse yourself in a day spent among picnickers, joggers, lorikeets, and bin chickens in this charming tribute to Sydney’s Botanic Garden.
