The Witcher Old World: Mages (Exp.) (engl.)

Beschreibung

The Witcher Old World: Mages (Exp.) ist ein Kennerspiel.

This expansion introduces five new characters – mages – each represented by a unique miniature. Every mage comes with a complete set of components, including an individual deck and a player board featuring a special ability. The mages receive a board extension and a full deck of Action Cards, allowing them to compete alongside witchers in the Old World while maintaining their distinctive style of training and combat. In the Witcher universe, mages are influential figures who travel across the Continent, deeply involved in various political intrigues on both small and large scales. Besides navigating these complex power dynamics, they also hunt magical beasts—not for trophies but to gather valuable ingredients for their powerful concoctions. With magical creatures roaming the Old World, both witchers and mages strive to build their reputations. While witchers seek fame and respect through collecting trophies, mages gain renown by gathering rare magical components and proving their strength when challenged, even in the tavern.
