Tiny Epic Cthulhu 2nd Edition (engl.)

Description

Tiny Epic Cthulhu 2nd Edition (engl.) is a strategy game for 1 to 4 players aged 14+ with a playing time of 30 to 45 minutes. Players cooperate to translate the Necronomicon, battle cosmic horrors, and manage madness using innovative bag-building and a unique spinner mechanic. Set in a 1920s Lovecraftian town, it offers tense, immersive gameplay with meaningful decisions and layered strategies.

Tiny Epic Cthulhu immerses players in a chilling cooperative adventure set on a cold, forgotten island near 1920s New Arkhamoore. As cosmic horrors rise from the dense sea fog, the peaceful town descends into chaos. Players take on the roles of unique characters who must work together to translate the Necronomicon, reveal the Great Old One, and seal the portals to send the impending horrors back to the cosmic realm. Madness plays a central role in the game: it can be harnessed to translate pages, enhance movement, strengthen attacks, and boost cosmic intellect, but pushing sanity too far risks defeat. Players must carefully balance their own mental state while battling shambling horrors and preventing locations from falling into despair. Featuring innovative bag-building and push-your-luck mechanics, Tiny Epic Cthulhu introduces a spinner component that captures the unpredictable nature of Lovecraftian madness while preserving the strategic depth expected from the Tiny Epic series. Each player’s special powers and the unique actions across the town offer meaningful decisions and layered strategies within a compact, easy-to-learn game that delivers a tense and engaging experience.
