Tzolk'in The Mayan Calendar Mini-Expansion 2 Promo Tile (Exp.) (engl.)

Beschreibung

This promo tile introduces a Bonus Monument that scores points immediately upon construction, unlike other monuments scored at the game's end. The points awarded depend on the timing of the build:

• First quarter of the game – 40 points
• Second quarter – 31 points
• Third quarter – 22 points
• Fourth quarter – 13 points

Each Food Day is counted as the last day of its quarter as shown on the tile. For example, building the monument on the first Food Day grants 40 points. If the Food Day is delayed by one day due to the starting player’s time-speeding privilege, it still counts as the last day of that quarter for scoring this monument.

The tile also functions as a Bonus Starting Wealth Tile. If chosen, you begin with 6 corn and 4 wood, but you move down one step on the brown temple track.

In 2- or 3-player games, this tile may come up while placing dummy workers. In that case, you must place one additional dummy worker (7 total in a 3-player game, or 13 in a 2-player game). Instead of worker figures, you can use round, flat markers in non-player colors to represent dummy workers, which also helps easily distinguish them from real workers. This method is recommended even if you are not using this tile.
