Vojvodina (engl.)

Description

Step into the role of a farmer in Vojvodina, producing crops and securing profitable contracts to supply town markets. Your challenge is to strike the perfect balance between careful tile placement and targeting the best-paying markets. The player with the most money at the end wins. Vojvodina features smart card-drafting mechanics that determine how you acquire and place tiles on the map. The game’s outcomes remain unpredictable, offering both excitement and replayability. Beyond gameplay, Vojvodina is educational, providing insights into the region itself and fundamental economic principles. The setting celebrates Vojvodina as one of Serbia’s most fertile and captivating regions—whether you know it already or are discovering it for the first time. Visually, the game stands out with artwork inspired by oil paintings and early 20th-century photographs of Vojvodina’s towns, beautifully crafted by graphic designer Andrea Schwartz. Created by psychologist and board game enthusiast Boris Đurović, Vojvodina encourages players to enjoy meaningful time together, sharing fun and learning away from screens.
