Yucatan (engl.)

Beschreibung

In Yucatan, you lead a Mayan city tasked with winning the favor of the Gods. Your fate rests in your hands as you send warlords to capture enemies, growing stronger with each season of the sacred calendar. To ensure your dominance, you must sacrifice prisoners to the Mayan gods. As your warlords become more powerful and your city more glorious, your opponents advance as well. To gain the upper hand, you can enlist the aid of mythological creatures and heroes, restoring divine energy through blood sacrifices. Set in the Yucatan peninsula, the game unfolds over four seasons of intense conflict. After each season, you perform ritual sacrifices of captured enemies to earn reputation. But beware—the gods demand ever more glorious offerings, making each decision crucial in maintaining the delicate balance needed to transform your city into a lasting sanctuary for the mighty Mayan gods.
