A Light in the Mist (engl.) is a strategy game for 1 to 4 players aged 14+ with a playing time of 300-500 minutes. This narrative puzzle adventure combines a tarot deck, puzzles, and storytelling to uncover a mysterious disappearance. Players solve logic and word problems, explore non-linear storylines, and enjoy cooperative or solo play with beautiful illustrations and deep gameplay.

Your friend’s mysterious disappearance leads to the discovery of a unique object, setting you on a journey through time and memory. This narrative puzzle adventure tells an intimate coming-of-age story through an extraordinary tarot deck that combines art, puzzles, and storytelling. The deck includes 78 cards—56 Minor Arcana and 22 Major Arcana. Each Major Arcana card represents a puzzle that you solve by using sets of Minor Arcana cards along with clues found in the story booklet. Solving these puzzles reveals keywords that unlock new parts of the story. Some passages grant items to unlock additional scenes, and several puzzles have multiple solutions, encouraging players to explore every secret the deck holds. Featuring stunning illustrations and a richly woven narrative, A Light in the Mist can be enjoyed solo or cooperatively with up to four players.
