Maximum Apocalypse 2nd Edition (engl.)

Beschreibung

Maximum Apocalypse is a cooperative roguelike adventure game set in a world where civilization has already collapsed. Players take on the role of survivors navigating a hostile landscape with the goal of staying alive. Each game features a randomly generated map, ensuring a unique experience every time you play. On their turn, players can use up to four actions to explore the terrain, play cards, equip weapons, scavenge resources, draw cards, or engage in combat with monsters. Choosing a unique survivor class, players must strategize and cooperate by leveraging their characters’ abilities. For example, the Fireman excels in close combat with his axe, while the Hunter specializes in scouting and avoiding traps. As monsters multiply and time runs short, teamwork is essential to avoid starvation and defeat threats. If the group is overwhelmed by monsters or succumbs to starvation, the game is lost. However, if players manage to find enough gas and get it back to their van, they win and live to face another scenario.
