Pax Viking (engl.) is a strategy game for 1 to 6 players aged 12+ with an unspecified playing time. Pax Viking is a strategic historical game centered on the lesser-known Vikings who traveled eastwards. These adventurers and explorers, mostly from Sweden, were primarily merchants—skilled opportunists adept in the use of both shining silver and sharpened steel.

In this card-driven game, players compete over cards in a shared market while moving their longships strategically across the map. Cards purchased can be played on map locations controlled by your longships to establish trading posts, gain benefits from events, and more. Alternatively, cards can be played on your jarlboard to enhance your abilities through friends, allies, and gods.

Exploration and development focus on the regions and trade routes to the east, while the west offers powerful allies and gods to support your cause. By your actions, you gather followers who grant power and influence, all aiming for your ultimate goal: to become the first king of Sweden.
