Description

The Cathedral of Orléans (engl.) is a family game for 2 to 4 players aged 8+ with a playing time of 30 minutes. Set in 1598 Orléans, players cooperate to build a three-dimensional cathedral using a unique tile-drawing mechanic from two pouches. Communication and strategy are essential to complete the cathedral before time runs out, making it an exciting challenge for adults and children alike.

It is 1598 and you have settled in the middle of France in the city of Orléans on the Loire.Your goal is clear: to build the Cathedral of Orléans, and all of you together, because only together can you meet this challenge!

THE CATHEDRAL OF ORLÉANS is a cooperative game for the whole family that is particularly suitable when adults and children play together. In order to be able to carry outthe actions with which one tries, the followers already known from Orléans are used. Butthey are in two different pouches and the question is always: Which pouch should I drawfrom in order to get the desired tile? You should therefore also remember which tiles gointo which bag at the end of the round. Agreements are not only allowed, they are necessary in order to work out the strategy together as effectively as possible.

And time is always pressing: the cathedral must be completed in the third round at the latest, because if a tile can no longer be placed on any other action, it must go into the belltower and thus ends the round. A rather exciting affair that makes even the most cunning strategist break out in a sweat.
