The Rocketeer: Fate of the Future (engl.)

Beschreibung

The Rocketeer: Fate of the Future ist ein Kennerspiel für zwei Personen.

Trouble is brewing high above the City of Angels! The mysterious Rocketeer, equipped with an ingenious jet-pack, must stop a sinister plot. Hollywood actor Neville Sinclair is scheming to steal the rocket’s blueprints—an engineering breakthrough that could revolutionize the future of flight. But in Sinclair’s hands, it could ignite a dark future of warfare. In this action-packed strategy game for two players, you can play as heroes or villains, shaping the fate of the future. On your turn, choose one of your characters and play cards from your hand that match that character’s symbol. Card actions include moving, tussling (combat), gaining grit, raising rocket tokens (heroes), or recruiting a soldier (villains). Players alternate using their characters until all six (three per side) are exhausted. Then, rewards are distributed based on control of the locations before preparing for the next round. The game ends when the Luxembourg Zeppelin reaches Los Angeles, followed by the final round. Will your side secure the future?
