Wispwood (engl.)

Beschreibung

Wispwood (engl.) is a family game for 1 to 4 players aged 10+ with a playing time of 30-45 minutes. Players guide charming, mischievous wisps to create a glowing forest on their personal grids, meeting unique goals across three scoring rounds. The shifting forest and changing objectives ensure a magical and unique experience every game.

Is that a light at the end of the branch? A curious cat ventures into the forest, drawn by flickering lights of all colors dancing through the trees. These are the wisps from old tales—each sparkling with charm and mischief, carrying its own unique personality. Can you guide them just right to make your forest the brightest?

In Wispwood, you build your own glowing forest on a personal grid. On your turn, select a wisp tile and a shape to place, meeting the wishes of both the wisps and the magical trees. Your goal is to fulfill their preferences over three scoring rounds. Between rounds, the forest changes—fading and expanding—while the wisps already placed remain, influencing future possibilities.

Each game introduces new goal cards, reshaping the wisps’ desires and ensuring that your forest grows in a different, unique way every time. Step into the forest and discover the enchanting world of Wispwood!
