Hello,

The game came in a box with little protection.
He moved inside the package. And so, the game box arrived with blows and deformed. Some pieces from the game are broken and deformed, too.

In short, very bad. It was very easy to put some protection over the package to avoid all these defects.

Your service has not been good.

The game is a great game and wanted to have it. But for now I'm fixing damage and restoring damaged parts. Probably I'll play it in 1-2 weeks.

If you want to keep customers, you should care more shipments.
